The Growers Group Workshops are held on the 3rd Saturday of most months from 2-4pm. Long term, knowledgeable members of the club hold very informative sessions at their home for all members of the society. Numbers are limited to 15 and each month a different genera (Cattleya, Dendrobium, Bulbophyllum etc) is discussed. The afternoons include potting demonstrations with the opportunity to practically apply these techniques to pot your own orchid. With a shared afternoon tea and an occasional orchid raffle, this is an informal, sociable time to spend with like-minded members.
